United States:
- Orders including keychains, pins, car fresheners (non-flats)
- Free, 2-5 business days USPS Ground Advantage (all orders)
- Free, 1-2 business days tracked UPS Ground (for orders $46+ USD)
- $7 USD, 1-2 business days tracked UPS Ground (for orders under $46)
- Orders with stickers only
- Free, 1-5 business days untracked USPS First-Class Mail
- Orders including keychains, pins, car fresheners (non-flats)
- Free, 5-20 business days tracked USPS First-Class Package International (for orders $45+ CAD)
- $15 CAD, 5-20 business days tracked USPS First-Class Package International (for orders under $45)
- Free, 2-5 business days tracked UPS Standard. Note: UPS requires recipients to pay import fees (custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees) upon delivery. This is a fee paid to UPS, not to Poliswag Club and is dependent on your state. You can also check the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for information on duties and tax exemptions.

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you like to amend or cancel your order, please email me at poliswag.club@gmail.com or DM me on instagram at @poliswag_club. Please note that amendments or cancellations can only be done if the order has not been fulfilled yet.
✧˖ Refunds or Replacements ˖✧
If your order has not arrived and there has been a significant time past the expected delivery date, order is missing items / incorrect, or has any other issues, please email me at poliswag.club@gmail.com or DM me on instagram at @poliswag_club. I'll try my best to accommodate and resolve! (◍•ᴗ•◍) If your order has untracked shipping, I unfortunately will not be able to replace the order as there is no proof of receival.
If your order is tracked as "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please get into contact with the postage provider directly. I unfortunately will not be able to replace the order as there is no proof of receival.
