If your order has not arrived and there has been a significant time past the expected delivery date, order is missing items / incorrect, or has any other issues, please email me at poliswag.club@gmail.com or DM me on instagram at @poliswag_club. I'll try my best to accommodate and resolve! (◍•ᴗ•◍) If your order has untracked shipping, I unfortunately will not be able to replace the order as there is no proof of receival.
If your order is tracked as "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please get into contact with the postage provider directly. I unfortunately will not be able to replace the order as there is no proof of receival.
